Ev Aparicio (they/them) was raised in Washington State and currently resides in Massachusetts. Before starting at MBA Consulting they were a Coordinated Campaign Field Organizer. They joined the MBA Consulting Group team in 2016 as an embedded Compliance and Operations Officer for a senate campaign. Since 2018 they have focused on working with non-profit and multi-entity organizations where they continue to develop their skills in implementing and streamlining procedures.
When they are not working, Ev enjoys listening to Orville Peck, watching Drag Race and going on walks with friends.
